Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation requests prior to the product being shipped or produced. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellation requests once the product has already been dispatched for delivery.

Product Returns

We welcome valid product returns in accordance with our policy. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same pristine condition as when you received it, and packed in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete the return process. Please note that customers will be charged for shipping costs at most once (this includes return shipping fees), and no restocking fees will be imposed on consumers for product returns.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the return. We will also notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first double-check your bank account statement. Next, contact your credit card company — it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted to your account. You may also wish to contact your bank, as there is typically a processing period before refunds are reflected in your account.
